153.04 ORGANIZATION; MEETINGS; QUORUM.

   An organizational meeting shall be held at a time and place designated by the City Manager in his notice of appointment to each member. At this meeting, the Advisory Board of Health shall organize and elect a president, a vice president and a secretary from its members, which officers shall hold their respective offices until the first meeting in January following their election, or until their successors are duly elected. Henceforth, officers shall be elected at the first meeting in January of each year. Following the organizational meeting, regular meetings shall be held quarterly and the Board shall hold such additional meetings at such times and place as it shall determine. Special meetings of the Board shall be called by the president or three members thereof. A majority of members of the Board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business to come before it. (Ord. 5212. Passed 6-6-51.)
