153.03 TERM.

   The term of office of the members of the Advisory Board of Health shall be five years from the date of appointment and until their successors are appointed and qualified, except that those first appointed shall be classified as follows: One to serve for five years, one for four years, one for three years, one for two years and one for one year, and thereafter one shall be appointed each year.
