153.02 MEMBERSHIP.

There is hereby established an Advisory Board of Health, composed of five members to be appointed by the City Manager. Members of the Board shall serve without compensation. One of the members shall be a medical doctor. A vacancy in the Advisory Board of Health by reason of death, resignation or other cause shall be filled by appointment by the City Manager for the unexpired term so vacated.
