19.04 Continuance of Contracts

   All contracts entered into by the City, or for its benefit, prior to the taking effect of this Revised Charter shall be continued. Public improvements for which legislative steps shall have been taken under laws existing at the time this Revised Charter takes effect may be carried to completion in accordance with the provisions of such laws. All ordinances and resolutions in force at the time this Revised Charger takes effect, and not inconsistent therewith, shall continue in force until amended or repealed.
