149.01 POWERS.

The City Planning Commission shall have and exercise such power and authority as conferred by law upon city planning commissions and such other power and authority as may be conferred by ordinance. However, the Planning Commission shall not exercise any power or authority specifically granted to the Platting Commissioner by ordinance or the City Charter.
