1307.07 REGISTRATION RENEWAL.
(a) The period that a registration shall be valid shall be February 1 through January 31 of each registration year.
(b) Any registration holder shall be issued a renewal for the second and any subsequent year, after the required information has been submitted and the required renewal fees have been paid. Failure of any registration holder to apply for and pay for a renewal of said registration before January 31 of the registration year in which the registration expires, shall forfeit such existing registration, and it shall be unlawful for any such person to perform any work listed under Section 1307.01 (a) until such time as the renewal registration is issued.
Any such registration forfeited for the nonpayment of the renewal fee by January 31 of the registration year in which the registration expires, may be reinstated upon the payment of the annual renewal fee for each year, or portion thereof, starting with the year that the registration was forfeited, plus a delinquency fee of $20.
Any registration that is not renewed by January 31 of the year immediately following the renewal expiration shall be null and void; and reinstatement shall be obtained as required to originally obtain a registration under this ordinance, unless the Building Official shall deem otherwise.
Any registration renewal that is submitted to the Building Department without the completed renewal form that was mailed to the registration holder will be charged an additional $5.00 processing fee.
(c) Fees for renewal registrations shall be in the amount as follows:
Master Registration $100.00
Sewer-Tapper Registration $100.00
