1307.05 ELIGIBILITY.

   (a)    An applicant for a Master Registration must provide proof of a current contractor license issued by the state of Ohio Construction Industry Licensing Board (OCILB) in the field of the registration for which the application is being made.

   (b)    An applicant for a Sewer-Tapper Registration shall be at least 21 years of age, be a responsible workman and shall provide documentation showing at least two (2) years of practical experience in doing sewer work. The applicant must also provide a current certificate of insurance showing that they carry a minimum of $500,000 contractor liability coverage.
