1307.03 SUSPENSION.

(a) The Building Official is authorized to suspend any registration for demonstrated cause. The length of the suspension shall be established at the Building Official's discretion; and during that time period, the suspended individual and his authorized representatives will not be permitted to do work or obtain permits for the trade under which they are registered.
