1307.02 RESPONSIBILITY.

   (a)    The master registration holder shall be responsible for all violations under this ordinance and the applicable codes under which the work associated with their contractor license is regulated. It is the responsibility of the master registration holder to ensure that all required permits have been obtained prior to the start of any work by the master registration holder, his or her employees or authorized representatives and that all work is being performed in accordance with all applicable codes and regulations.

   (b)   Any individual who is not properly registered as provided in this ordinance to do any of the work requiring such registration and perfonns that work or assigns or pennits any of his employees or coworkers to do any of that work shall pay a penalty fee of $150.00 per unregistered individual, in addition to all other applicable fees.
