137.02 DUTIES OF DIRECTOR.
The duties of the Executive Director of Infrastructure shall be established and determined by the City Manager and shall facilitate the function and operation of the public utilities owned and operated by the City, as well as all functions and operations related to engineering and public works for the City. From and after the effective date of this legislation, any reference to "Director of Public Utilities" or "Director of Utility Operations" in existing legislation, codified or uncodified, or any rules and regulations of the City of Hamilton or any other documents related to the functions and duties of said position shall be interpreted to mean the Executive Director of Infrastructure provided the subject matter falls within the purview of the Executive Director of Infrasturcture or any Division under his/her direction.
