133.01 ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established in the Department of Public Safety a Division of Fire, to be administered and controlled by a Chief of Fire, subject to the provisions of the Charter and ordinances and to the direction of the Director of Public Safety. The Division of Fire shall consist of the Chief of Fire and of such number of other firefighters, officers and employees as the City Manager shall determine.
