345.07 SIGHT-SEEING CAR OPERATOR'S LICENSE.

   (a)   Every person driving a sight-seeing car shall be licensed as a sight-seeing car operator and each applicant for such license must:

      (1)   Be licensed by the State of Ohio to operate a motor vehicle;

      (2)   Be eighteen (18) years of age or over;

      (3)   State the type or types of carriage the applicant will be driving;

      (4)   Provide two (2) front face photographs of the applicant taken within thirty (30) days of the date of the application. The photographs shall be two (2) inches by two (2) inches in size; and,

      (5)   Provide such other information as the Finance Department may require.

   (b)   No sight-seeing car operator's license shall be issued to an applicant who makes a false statement in connection with an application for such license.

   (c)   A Sight-Seeing Car Operator's license shall be issued for the calendar year and shall expire on December 31 of each year, unless sooner, suspended or revoked by the Finance Department.
