345.04 LIABILITY INSURANCE.
   No person shall operate a sight-seeing car or other vehicle as defined in this chapter or permit such to be operated; nor shall any license be issued hereunder until and unless the applicant for a license hereunder deposits with the Finance Department a policy or certificate of commercial general liability insurance for each sight-seeing car for which a license is sought, acceptable and approved by the Finance Department and the Director of Law, insuring the applicant against bodily injury and property damage with limits of one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence, two million dollars ($2,000,000) annual aggregate. The policy shall afford coverage to the City of Hamilton as an additional insured. The issuing insurer shall give ten (10) days written notice before cancellation of the policy to the Finance Department. Any license issued under this Chapter shall expire upon the lapse or termination of the policy of insurance.
