345.01 DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this Chapter the words and phrases defined in the sections hereunder shall have the meanings therein respectively ascribed to them, unless a different meaning is clearly indicated by the context.

(a) "Codified Ordinances" shall mean the Codified Ordinances of the City of Hamilton, Ohio.

(b) "Sight-Seeing Car" means a motor vehicle other than a bus, engaged or employed in the business of carrying passengers for hire, or used in the conveyance for hire, of tourists and sight-seers, over the public streets, exclusively for the purpose of a sight-seeing trip in the visiting and viewing of places of interest.
