121.01 APPEAL OF ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS.

Upon approval of the City Manager, the Director of Law shall file an appeal of any quasi-judicial administrative determination by any municipal commission, board or other decision-making body to the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the State.
