119.01 ACTING CITY MANAGER.

   (a)   That in the absence of the City Manager or a vacancy in the office of City Manager, the Executive Director of Public Safety shall be Acting City Manager.

   (b)   That in the absence of the City Manager or a vacancy in the office of City Manager and in the absence of the Executive Director of Public Safety or a vacancy in the office of Executive Director of Public Safety, the Executive Director of External Services shall be the Acting City Manager.

   (c)   That in the absence of the City Manager or a vacancy in the office of City Manager and in the absence of the Executive Director of Public Safety or a vacancy in the office of Executive Director of Public Safety, and in the absence of the Executive Director of External Services or a vacancy in the office of the Executive Director of External Services, the Executive Director of Infrastructure Services shall be the Acting City Manager.

   (d)   The Acting City Manager shall be vested with the same powers as the City Manager and shall perform all duties and functions of the office of the City Manager.
