113.01 PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS.

Notice of ordinances and resolutions required to be published by the Charter, stating the title, general content, date of passage and effective date of the ordinance or resolution, and that copies thereof may be inspected at the office of the City Clerk, shall be published within ten (10) days of passage, by posting copies thereof in the lobby of City Hall for a period of ten (10) days.
