111.02 SEAL OF CITY CLERK.

There shall be a seal of the City Clerk, which shall be in the custody of the City Clerk and shall be used by the Clerk in all cases in which the Clerk is required to use a seal. The seal shall consist of a disc one and three-fourths inches in diameter, upon which shall be the coat of arms of the State of Ohio, surrounded by a circle upon which are the words "City Clerk, City of Hamilton, Ohio". (1931 Code §12.1505)
