103.04 BENCH MARK BOOK.

   The Director of Public Works shall keep a record of all permanent points established within the City, based upon the City datum point, in a book known as the bench mark book, which shall be kept on file in the Director's office. In case of points established by other surveyors in territory at the time outside the City and subsequently annexed thereto, such points shall be recorded in their proper relation to City datum, together with any necessary or proper citation to the original record of their establishment.
