103.03 DATUM.

   The datum (0.00) or zero point for all engineering work in the City is hereby established at an elevation of 601.429 feet below the stone marked "datum" at the northeast corner of the Court House building of Butler County, Ohio. All elevations, grades and engineering measurements for the City shall be hereafter established with reference to that point so defined and established, which may be referred to as City datum.
