103.02 OFFICIAL FLAG.

The official flag of the City shall be rectangular in shape. The flag shall have three stripes running lengthwise, with the top stripe being red, the middle stripe being white and the lower stripe being blue; imposed in the middle of the flag shall be a design of the Soldiers, Sailors and Pioneers' Monument which shall be white; and thereon shall be the word "Hamilton" in gold letters. (Ord. 7290. Passed 6-18-69.)
