103.01 CORPORATE SEAL.

The corporate seal of the City shall consist of a disc one and three-fourths inches in diameter, upon which shall be the coat of arms of the State of Ohio, surrounded by a circle. The circle shall contain the words "The City of Hamilton, Butler County, Ohio. "

The corporate seal shall be kept in the office of the City Manager, and shall be affixed to all bonds, notes or other interest bearing obligations issued by the City, to all deeds and leases executed in behalf of the City, and to no other documents or papers whatever, unless it is required thereon by law.
