353.19 PARKING FEES FOR SPECIAL EVENTS AT CITY PARKS.
(a) The City Manager or his designee may, at their discretion, impose a parking fee, to range from $1.00 per day to $10.00 per day per vehicle, for parking at special events in City parks.
(b) If the City Manager or his designee so directs, any revenues generated by said parking fees may be shared with the organization hosting said special event.
(c) Only the City may charge parking fees for special events in City parks.
