134.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF DEPARTMENT OF UTILITIES ENGINEERING.

There is hereby established the Department of Engineering to be administered and controlled by the Director of Engineering, who shall be subject to the Charter and ordinances of the City and to the direction of the Executive Director of Infrastructure.
