315.13 INSURANCE REQUIREMENT.
The applicant for a Special Event permit is required to post a satisfactory certificate of insurance, to be approved by the Director of Law, including general liability insurance and/or motor vehicle liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured. Said insurance coverage shall provide the City with indemnification against any claims, demands, lawsuits, or judgments arising out of the exercise of the privilege granted; such policy of liability insurance is to guarantee at one million dollars ($1,000,000.00).
