150.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION.

   There is hereby established the Department of Internal Services to be administered and controlled by the Executive Director of Internal Services who shall be subject to the Charter and ordinances of the City of Hamilton and to the direction of the City Manager.
