143.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING.

There is hereby established a Department of to be administered by the Director of Planning. Such Director shall be subject to the Charter and ordinances of the City of Hamilton and to the direction of the City Manager or his or her designee.
