927.17 SINGLE HOUSE METERS FOR MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES.

In instances where a single meter serves more than one dwelling unit within a multi-family structure, the utility account shall remain in the property owner’s name until such time as the property owner undertakes to provide or have separate metering provided for each separate dwelling unit.
