353.03.2 RESERVATION OF PARKING SPACES IN LOT LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF HIGH STREET AT SECOND STREET.

   (a)   Parking spaces shall be located in the City-owned lot located on the northeast corner of High Street at Second Street, within the Second Ward, and are hereby reserved for parking for the exclusive use by contractors actively engaged in construction, demolition or rehabilitation activities on High Street between the Great Miami River and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Said lot shall be signed “Reserved Parking Only” at the Market Street entrance of the lot.

   (b)   There shall be no fee for parking in said lot provided that the individuals parking at this location are actively engaged in construction, demolition or rehabilitation activities on High Street between the Great Miami River and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and have previously been given authorization indicated by a hangtag or otherwise by the City Traffic Engineer.
