In addition to the charges imposed by this chapter, the following gasoline surcharge fees are hereby established:
(a) For fares within the corporate limits of the City of Hamilton, Ohio, fifty cents ($.50) shall be added to the charge;
(b) For fares to or from the City of Fairfield, Ohio, seventy-five cents ($.75) shall be added to the charge;
(c) For fares to or from Westchester Township, Ohio, Fairfield Township, Ohio, the City of Oxford, Ohio, or the City of Middletown, Ohio, one dollar ($1.00) shall be added to the charge;
(d) For fares to or from the City of Cincinnati, Ohio, two dollars ($2.00) shall be added to the charge;
(e) For fares to or from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport in Kentucky, or any other location within the Northern Kentucky (Kenton, Campbell or Boone Counties), three dollars ($3.00) shall be added to the charge;
(f) For fares to or from the Dayton International Airport in Dayton, Ohio, or any other location within the City of Dayton, Ohio, four dollars ($4.00) shall be added to the charge;
(g) For fares to or from the cities of Columbus, Ohio, Indianapolis, Indiana, Lexington, Kentucky, or Louisville, Kentucky, eight dollars ($8.00) shall be added to the charge.
Each taxicab shall have posted, in a place and in print size that is easily visible to passengers, a schedule of the gasoline surcharge fees charged by the taxicab company, as set forth in subsections (a) through (g) above, which fees shall not exceed those authorized by this chapter.
