140.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF DEPARTMENT OF EXTERNAL SERVICES.

There is hereby established the Department of External Services to be administered and controlled by the Executive Director of External Services who shall be subject to the Charter and ordinances of the City of Hamilton and to the direction of the City Manager.
