735.051 IDENTIFICATION OF EMPLOYEE(S).

   (a)   Every employee of a licensee under the provisions of this chapter, shall while on the business premises of the licensee, and in a manner reasonably calculated to come to the attention of other persons, wear an identification badge issued to him/her by the Director of Finance as part of the license issuance process.

   (b)   Failure to wear such identification in the manner prescribed by subsection (a) herein constitute prima-facie evidence of the fact that such employee does not possess such properly issued identification. (Ord. 2004-12-118. Passed 12-8-04.)
