131.061 ENFORCEMENT OF REGULATIONS FOR MANAGEMENT, SUPERVISION AND CONTROL OF ALL MUNICIPAL PARKS, PLAYGROUNDS AND OTHER RECREATIONAL FACILITIES.

In addition to the Department of Public Works, the Division of Police is hereby authorized to enforce Section 139.03, which section regulates the management, supervision and control of all municipal parks, playgrounds and other recreational facilities.
