315.08 APPEAL PROCEDURE.

Any person aggrieved shall have the right to appeal the denial of a special event permit or the revocation of a special event permit to the City Manager. The appeal must be taken within thirty (30) days after notice. The City Manager shall act upon the appeal within thirty (30) days after its receipt.
