315.07 NOTICE OF REJECTION.

The Chief of Police shall act upon the application for an event permit within ten (10) days, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted, after the filing of the application. If the Chief or Director of Public Safety disapproves the application, he/she shall mail to the applicant within fifteen (15) days, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted, after the date upon which the application was filed, a notice of action, stating the reasons for his denial of the permit.
