943.06 NONRESIDENTIAL SERVICE RATE SCHEDULE “NRS”.
The electric rate schedules in Section 943.061, Section 943.062, Section 943.063 and Section 943.064 are available throughout the service area of the City of Hamilton Electric Distribution System where facilities of adequate capacity exist adjacent to the premises to be served. These rate schedules apply to nonresidential (commercial, industrial, governmental) customers and multi-unit residential complexes specifically defined withi Section 943.061, Section 943.062 and Section 943.063.
