943.01 GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   (a)   Applicant's Agreement. All applicants for service by the Electric Department of the City (in this chapter, Utility) shall complete the Utility's then standard application form and shall conform with and agree to the provisions set forth in the Codified Ordinances and the Utility's General Rules and Regulations as amended and revised from time to time.
   (b)   Summer/Winter Period. The summer period shall be the period represented by bills for five consecutive monthly billing periods beginning with the first monthly reading or estimate after May 14. The winter period shall be the period represented by bills for all other meter readings and estimates.

   (c)   Application Order for Riders. Rider A, Rider B, Rider D, Rider E, Rider F and Rider C are applied cumulatively and in the order listed.

   (d)   Temporary, Seasonal, or Unusual Service. Such service shall be provided under the Nonresidential Service Rate Schedule "NRS" under a special agreement. The special agreement shall require payment by the consumer of all facilities and costs involved, the terms under which such service will be provided, and any increases in the minimum charge, waiver of the minimum billing demand or billing at the non-demand metered rate as deemed appropriate by the Director of Electric for the circumstances under which such service will be provided.
