930.06 OPERATION.
   The Storm Water Advisory Board shall review issues regarding compliance with the Phase II storm water regulations, mandated by the USEPA. The Board shall make recommendations to Council and the Administration on such issues, and shall bring forth suggestions for the implementation of programs, procedures, or activities to assist the Board in addressing and resolving such issues.
   The City Manager shall designate a Director within the Administration, or outside consultant, who shall advise and facilitate the Board in carrying out its duties and responsibilities as set forth herein. All other directors, chiefs, and staff shall render any assistance and cooperation and shall provide any information requested by the Storm Water Advisory Board, which can be made readily available, in order to facilitate the accomplishment of the Board's mission. The City Administration and City Council shall recommend to the Board for its review and recommendations any item it may deem important to the development of storm water management in the community.
