930.02 CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF A CITY STORM WATER ADVISORY BOARD.

There is hereby created and established a Storm Water Advisory Board for the City of Hamilton, Ohio, which shall consist of no fewer than nine and no greater than fifteen members that are citizens and residents of the City. Board members shall be appointed by the City Manager and may be removed by the City Manager.
