930.01 PURPOSE.

   The purpose of this chapter is to establish a Storm Water Advisory Board for the City of Hamilton with the responsibility, at the discretion of the City Manager, to make recommendations on a comprehensive Storm Water Management Plan which will include the six minimum control measures required by the USEPA as well as a funding mechanism acceptable to the citizens of Hamilton.
