929.08 RIGHT OF ENTRY.

The Director of Public Works and other duly authorized employees of the City bearing proper credentials and identification shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purpose of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing as may be required for the effective management of the Storm Water Management System.
