131.11 AUTHORIZATION FOR SALE OF WARES BY THE DIVISION OF POLICE.

The Division of Police is hereby authorized to sell wares, including but not limited to, T-shirts and coffee mugs, at a profit not to exceed twice the costs associated with the Division’s purchase of said items. All items sold by the Division shall be approved by the City Manager and all proceeds from the sale of such items shall be deposited into a Police Division Revenue Account and used for such police purposes as may be approved by the Chief of Police.
