353.05 FRONT OF VEHICLE TO BE NEAR METER; TWIN-MOUNTED METERS.

When a parking space in any parking meter zone provides for parallel parking, any vehicle parked in such parking space shall be parked so that the foremost part of such vehicle shall be nearest to the parking meter. In the case of twin-mounted parking meters installed for parallel parking purposes, motor vehicle shall be parked in compliance with and in the correct direction as designated on such parking meter or posted sign. When a parking space in any parking meter zone provides for angle parking, any vehicle parked in such parking space shall be parked with the foremost part of such vehicle nearest to the meter.
