353.03.1 RESERVATION OF PARKING SPACES ON EAST SIDE OF

The public parking spaces located on the east side of Monument Avenue between High Street and Court Street and within the public right-of-way adjacent to Lots Numbered 260, 261 and 262 in the City’s Second Ward are hereby reserved for the exclusive use by the residents of and visitors to the premises owned by Anthony Wayne Apartments, Ltd. and renovated as part of the redevelopment of the downtown area.

Eight (8) of the southernmost parking spaces on the east side of Monument Avenue south of High Street in front of the Anthony Wayne Apartments shall be limited to the parking of compact cars only. For purposes of this section, a compact car shall be defined as a motor vehicle, which has a maximum width of six (6) feet and a maximum length of fifteen (15) feet.
