178.02 DEFINITIONS.

   As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings as set forth below:

   (a)   “Employee” means any person holding a position other than temporary or seasonal in either the classified administrative service or within the unclassified service as a director of a department or secretary to a director.

   (b)   “Residence” or “bona fide residence” means that place or domicile where the employee normally and regularly dwells. Excluded are places or addresses maintained for mailing, voting, financial, or other purposes not otherwise consistent with the employee’s actual domicile.

   (c)   “Corporate or City limits” means that area encompassing the City of Hamilton as it is now or is later officially designated.
