131.08 CHARGE FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT CLOTHING EMBLEM PATCH.

The sum of three dollars ($3.00) shall be charged for each clothing emblem patch bearing thereon “Hamilton Police Ohio” and distributed by the Hamilton Police Division.
