948.02 PRICE SCHEDULE.
The Director of Public Utilities is hereby authorized to sell compost in the following quantities and for the following prices:

Any purchaser purchasing less than fifty cubic yards of compost shall be charged an amount equal to the price for fifty cubic yards as set forth above.
Any purchaser who intends to purchase 500 or more cubic yards of compost within a calendar year shall notify, in advance, the Director of Public Utilities of its intention to so purchase. (Ord. 91-5-39. Passed 5-8-91.)
