940.23 CONFIDENTIALITY.
Information contained in any documentation collected by or submitted to the Director of Public Utilities or designee under the provisions of this chapter that is designated as confidential by a Facility Operator shall be considered confidential only to the extent allowable under Ohio Public Records Law and other applicable federal and state laws.
