940.12 INSPECTION.

The Director of Public Utilities or designee shall inspect all facilities subject to regulation under this chapter no less than once every two (2) years for compliance with the provisions of this chapter. Any inspection shall be conducted under the conditions listed in Section 940.07(a)(1) through (4). (Ord. 98-10-103. Passed 10-14-98.)
