940.05 CONTINUATION OF EXISTING, NONCONFORMING FACILITIES.

Continued operation, replacement, alteration, conversion, and repair of a nonconforming land use, building, or Regulated Substance storage unit in the Wellhead Protection Area must be done in accordance with local nonconforming use regulations.
